Double cab Long Bed

Its a Yamaha 40 on a 16' Carolina Skiff Jvx. Been great in the brackish rivers here in Florida.

 

My 2014 DCLB with Billy’s to level the front and new 285’s with 1.25” spacers.

 

Is that the total chaos 3.5” kit?

Awesome man. My rig is built for this same reason but for the TX gulf. Never been to OBX but I hear and have seen great things. Not sure if you know who Brett Barley is but he has a youtube channel and recently got multiple clips of catching bull reds off a kayak from the shore. Place reminds me of the Gulf but 10x better.

 

Sweet setup. Do you have solar panels on the cabrack?

 

Yes, 200W. They are a little off the cab roof (not flat against the cab roof), so that I can tilt them to the correct angle when the sun is lower in the sky.

I use the solar to run my fridge, side flood lights, interior lights, and recharge things like tablet, phone, camera, etc. Also use the solar to run a small DC electric blanket when it gets cold in the cab.

 

Do you have a build thread? I would love to see your setup, how you rigged everything, and what equipment you used.

 

I don't have a dedicated thread to the build, but I posted progress steps along the way in the "Show us your truck bed sleeping platform/drawer/storage systems" thread...also in other places here (I'd have to look to remember where I posted).
