Nope, we won't put it on the market until we're closed on another house but our realtor knows that and we've got our honey-do list in order ahead of time. We had considered getting it listed now, but the headache of having showings in the middle of packing and also not having a house to potentially buy. Ugh, no thank you. We can float the mortgage for a while if we need to but we shouldn't have to for long. The list to sell tat in our area is only 70 days and that's been steady for a while and without us living here it means it can close as soon as a buyer is wanting the keys. It's all a win-win in my book.

More head room when sleeping in the back of the truck on wheeling trips!

Edit: I have a decked as well, so that cuts down on my space drastically.

But then it's completely open to the elements and defeats the purpose of the topper in the first place. Any fabric that you use to fill in the gap would not be comparable to having it sealed the way it's intended.

Also, have your ever folded yours up? That shit is difficult already. Just get good crossbars and a cheap RTT.

Real outdoorsy people sleep in the element. They don't need anything froofy like covers and protection.

It’s not sealed now! I got cross bars, had an RTT... this is a cheap add while giving more head room for something I already do! Until I can get a cheap trailer or @The Blonde gets her 4 runner and we turn that into the base camp mobile!
