    Just made it home.

Review: If this is how gears are supposed to hear and be setup, ECGS sucks. I have no whine, hum, etc. at speed. My old truck with ECGS 4.88s were SO LOUD compared to this. The setup of the gears, perfect. I can’t complain one bit on any portion of the install.

The team at Premier is freaking awesome. It’s all family, literally. 2 brothers, their dad, more brothers...It shows when they start working and take their time and aren’t rushed since they are all making money and don’t care about completing a job and moving onto the next. They also don’t slam themselves with appointments. 2 trucks at a time with 2 different techs on each. For my truck, one worked on front and another on rear.

This was the best offroad/car shop experience I’ve ever had. You guys will be so stoked...just hang tight till your turn. Miguel was on the phone the whole time talking with us getting appointments in!!! Good Yelp review from me for them.

He raised it up after this, should have edited the post. I looked at the pic after I posted it and was like "Hmm that looks low," and went to ask him and he said he moved it up right after I took the pic. Here is the front pattern, they looked the same when both done.

Unless it's your needle bearing. Only thing I can think of it being other than driveshaft.

Yes, get the genuine one from Toyota, not aftermarket.

Edit: the master kit for the gears may have this part.

No I doubt it. If anything you should space down the driveshaft.

Can you post a pic of your truck for me? I want to see how lifted it is in the rear.

Lets just say, I hated driving my truck before the regear. Now I want to get in it and drive it everywhere. Because it finally doesn't suck to drive.

You get your overdrive gears back and they actually hold. Instead of shifting 6-5-4-3 then back up gears when going up a hill, you stick to 5th and very rarely drop into 4th. On the 405 South, I held 6th gear from Goldenwest area to Lake Forest the whole way...Never done that before.
