Prinsu rack was a breeze to install. It’s A LOT sturdier than I expected. I can full on walk on top of it. I Think I’m going to find some cheap flood lights to install on each side.

I’ve been carrying around a pelican 1620 for the last few years as my camp kitchen. It worked out great. I could just throw it in the bed whenever I wanted to roll out. Always stocked and ready to be used. Although it was just messy. Always felt it was a bunch of junk stuffed in a nice box. So I started to build a new camp kitchen today. I took some measurements and I’m going to utilize the most space possible under my tent to make a box that’ll fit snug up against my cooler just behind my tail gate.

Started with a quick sketch and headed to Lowe’s. (Home Depot doesn’t give 10% anymore for vets in my area). Spent $80 on some hardware and a 4x8 cut of decent plywood. Hoping to build this for $80 :rolleyes:

I had to get one of my fancy pencils out for this build

Lined out some basic shelf ideas. Here’s the start. Maybe made it half way today. Had to watch the Seahawks game so that slowed me down. Stove on the bottom. Cooking pans above. Plates etc above that. Cleaner, sauce other crap on the right. So far so good. Excited to finish this.

More work on the “chuck” box. Needs some paint. I have some stain laying around so I might stain the inside too. Think I’m going to paint it to match the truck. Needs to be organized a little better but everything in my pelican case fits with lots of room left. All in all it’s 24” wide 18” deep and 24” tall. I really it. Not perfectly square but for $80 and one sheet of plywood it works for me!

2 minute camp setup! 120v, 12v, full kitchen, heated memory foam mattress, fridge and an empty beach. Not too bad. Takes five minutes to load the truck and 5 minutes to pack it all up. I’m liking this setup. 41C56DB0-D083-42B2-96A3-BA4EA4A6B37C.jpg39E1F09A-E1D5-4BD8-88C5-970408217A06.jpg 026F9C9F-B507-4E96-B24C-E4D93A5FB56C.jpg

So I put some tomei uel headers and joint pipe in the brz maybe a month ago. Running with the open flash and it's stage 2+ tune...

Made a huge difference for the car. It's not breathtaking by any means but it's what the car should have been at the very least... Really makes me want more ha ha

Where are you located buddy? I'd let you take the supercharged version out for a spin. I ran OFT V2 headers and tune for a while with full invidia Q300. Left all that stuff on but added the C38 Supercharger from Jackson Racing

oh man i would love to, but in Massachusetts so im on the wrong coast.

i'd say its maybe a little bit peppier now but got rid of the torque dip and that was the main goal. went this route too cause it can all stay on if i do a supercharger. if i could do one in the 2-3K range i'd be all over it but theres just something about spending 5-6K on one. thats a lot of money

After a couple months you just forget about the money and enjoy the product. I fully support you’re choice in buying a blower.

i hear that and overall i have spent more on my truck all together (BP-51s, skids, sliders, SSO bumper) but just something about spending that much in one shot

Figured I'd jump on the bandwagon and put one of those silly fake pelican cases on my roof rack. Good for holding ammo, fishing poles, ores and tackle!
