Where Have You Off-Roaded Today? 3rd Gen

Took a trip up the street to Drinkwater Flats to put my truck through its paces. The most difficult part, I don’t have photos of. It was steep, rutted, rocky, and a little muddy. Confirmed the tires are not good for much more than dry fire roads. Also for sure could use a little more protection! Fortunately, no damage.

 

you are correct. 295s. 285s are a good size for our trucks. Good compromise tire and looks great. Tire is tough as nails. Handles good in the wet for an MT. Pretty good traction off road. Good tire at a great price.

I poked it with a stick and it was pretty shallow then for some reason I went a different route lol. It dropped hard and I shut it down. Figured I’d get pulled out rather than cause irreversible damage.
