Regretting Magnetic Gray

I agree with the others... not feeling the blue. Maybe try it with vinyl first and see how it looks in person.

That's probably the reason I'm having a hard time picking wheels. I just want something other that black or bronze.

 

I'm in the same boat right now with my MGM. My gunmetal Ray 10's just came in and I'm having buyers regret!! The wheels are beautiful, but not quite what I had pictured. One of the rigs on here has the same setup and it looked pretty sweet, gave me some solace haha. I haven't thrown mine on yet...first world problems. Anyway, that was a rant. You guys keep killin it.

 

I think more contrast is needed. I do like the SCS wheels, but I'm nervous that even bronze is not enough contrast.

I really like this grey, but I thought I read somewhere it's a discontinued color

 

The MGM color needs a darker or brighter colored wheel to pop in my opinion. Black will always be a safe color lol. I’m not sure about the SCS matte gray Ray 10’s being discontinued. They all look good on the right tire/truck.

 

mag gray is an awesome color. has that flake when the sun hits it and when its dark out its muted. i have that on my sport sequoia and i noticed it looks fantastic when freshly clean, but still can look good when dirty. i feel any wheel color can match mag gray cause of the dark color so you can match or even contrast and get away with it.

 

Really like the gunmetal grey wheels. They seem to stand out with black wall tires shined.

 

I sold the SCS gunmetal Ray 10’s and copped the matte black ones . The picture doesn’t do it justice...I don’t have magnetic grey buyers regret anymore lol.

 

Matte blue wheels. I feel like it would look better on grey than white.

 

Yeah , true that. When we picked up the truck from the dealer they took us "outback" to the overflow lot. The wife saw the magnetic grey under the shitty high pressure sodium yellow lights in the back lot and was like "yes love the color"...ehhh waaa??? Next day when the sun was up she said it looked like every sorry ass grey toyota camry she has seen, yuk. She can't wait to get a wrap for it.


The best taco color possible is white with black flares and black tacoma lettering on the tailgate. ... god damn it should have got that instead.

 

In a world full of black wheels (including myself) , be cool and get chrome! Chrome still looks sick and not enough people do it any more imo

As up in the air as I was with the bronze.. I pulled the trigger and its become a conversation piece wherever I go. lol

Sometimes though, I wish I had kept the stock TRD OR wheels on or done the 2020 TRD Pro wheels and tossed 285's on them.. Sometimes I just think the wheel setup makes it too bold.
