Must have been when I had it parked in SC all last year. I’ve probably put 2-3000K like that.

The way the squirrels chew through everything down there I was expecting a hole through the filter.

Has anyone had any issues with the hanger being too close to the transmission crossmember? I was the X-Runner guinea pig, but I'm not sure how different they are.

As much as I dread the idea, I'm wondering if I need to loosen the (URD Equal Length) headers and try to slide them back a little because I can't tighten the y-pipe to the header flanges.

@TitanRattler813 , one of the OG XRU mates.

I hate to ask, but any chance you got some pictures of the clearance issue?

Come to the up coming TexFest, and get it checked over by the man himself. :D

Is that hanger able to be bent out of the way and still able to be used?

In the flesh! You kept a lot of us inspired over there at XRU. Looks like you're still doing the same on TW. I'm finally trying to make this little machine move like it looks
    :turtleride:

I knew I'd get requests for photos. Didn't think to come online and ask until well after I had already got rained on and packed up so I'll have better ones when it's daylight again. Those hangers don't bend easy. I tried to "persuade" it without destroying @Roostfactor 's sculpture and had no luck.

My gut tells me I have some more rearward adjustment room on the headers, but anyone who had installed them knows how creative you have to get to reach some of those nuts so figured I'd ask first.

The sad thing is, after one winter that coating will be flat and unspectacular, and hidden behind skids.

I have access to a full coating shop so I powder and ceramic coat everything.

Possibly. I’ll ask the guys how they want to handle it. I make sure not to abuse the friendship/privilege they extend to me...

Edit: I’ll shoot you a PM later

Here's where I'm at now. (I realize the gaskets are missing. Didn't want to damage them in the process.) Brackets on the header flange are loose. Taking the wheel off now to try loosening the headers at the head to slide them back a little. Probably all I'll be able to do until my work meetings start.IMG_20200520_083337.jpg IMG_20200520_081625.jpg IMG_20200520_081636.jpg

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I would hit it with some blue flame then a gentle 1/4” bend should give you enough to clear and bolt down. Could be deceiving from the pics but doesn’t look to be short by much

 mate. I remember when I did the T56 swap, how the crossmember of my truck was different from that of the XR supplied crossmember. Including different physical location. I had to extend the trans mount holes back about around 2". This is what I am thinking is related to the issue? Or am I off?

*Edit*. Typed that before seeing your photos.
