I saw the first one, and thought it might be too short. But the second one I hadn't found. Do you have a link to that one?

Unfortunately, I can’t debadge. It leaves way too much stuff that I can’t get off because of it being a 2011. I also think that when the body shop fixed cosmetic damage from a wreck before I had it, they clear coated with the emblems on which left an outline around some of them. I entertained the idea with the small “Toyota” emblem on back and had to put it back on.

How in the f#$* did you get the screw out on the gas door? I've tried PB Blaster and the thing is basically stripped at this point. My Gasshole is about to get thrown in the lake.

lol of the 3 mods this took the longest for exactly this reason. After my screwdriver slipped the first time I hit it with the PB and let it soak for an hour. Then I used my battery powered impact on low to break it loose.

You need an extractor bit and a new screw. Don’t forget some anti seize so it doesn’t happen again.

Anyone have any experience with IronMan 4x4 Icecube dual zone fridge? They are a good price right now and thinking about pulling the trigger but dont know if they are worth it or if I should just spring for a Dometic.

JIS bits are amazing for that little screw. They aren't designed to cam out under load like a normal philips bit. And IIRC it's a JIS head screw anyway, looks like a philips but has a steeper sidewall angle.

My Vessel JIS screwdriver still wouldn’t budge mine. I do love those screwdrivers though. Definitely worth the price.

Hahah. Yeah tag it a bit. Was way better than taking the whole console off. Easy enough to stick my antenna through there and pull the wires through.

Washed and waxed the truck. Finally got tail lights that match the headlights. Aftermarket LED bulbs in the headlights are performing perfectly! Could not be more happy with how the truck has come out! Last picture is what it looked like when I bought it in December 2018.

Well guys, I made a big mistake when I was coming back from camping last weekend....

Long story short. Stopped at a small town gas station and I was a little flustered from camping with a 3 year old, 1 year old, 2 dogs next to a raging river on high alert all weekend. Ignored all the signs that i was about to make a mistake.

I don't know what i was thinking just complete brain fart, but i put about 10 gallons of Diesel in my Tacoma.

Basically to get by the anti-siphon screen I poked a hole in the rubber connector at the top of the fuel tank, got a fuel hose in there and siphoned the tank until it was basically bone dry. Hose clamped it back together and filled my truck up with high octane and continued home without any problems.

Just ordered the new part along with new clamps.

Truck is throwing some codes for a leak in the EVAP system (makes sense) should go away when i replace the parts.

Hoping i don't have to remove the truck bed to replace this part, but might make it easier.

I should probably replace the fuel filter too, but the research ive done makes it sound like the filter is part of the fuel pump.

    Any advice would be awesome.
