Finally wired mine up yesterday. The XRC cutout definitely cuts down on the structural integrity - ask me how I know....:censored:

Oh no!!! They certainly aren't meant to support any major downward loading. Shoot me a PM, let's get this sorted out.

Nothing too bad. I was adjusting the wire connections on the bottom of the switch with it mounted to the truck and torqued it a bit. I was able to bend it mostly back to original alignment. Nothing that wasn't user error.

What a beautiful well crafted and thought out product. You don't find many mods right out of the package that are flawless, and install etc the way it should.

Anyone else with an X20 Wireless Winch not able to put the Smittybilt Positive Lead to the Blue Sea bolt? The hole is way too small

I have the wireless X2O and I did have to use a drill bit to open up the factory terminal on the Smittybilt winch in order to fit the Blue Seas switch. I’m not at home to look at my inventory but IIRC the studs on the switch are 3/8” in diameter.

Used a drill bit to enlarge the hole on my XRC positive lead.

Thanks gents, using a file as when I tried the drill bit it took hold of it and twisted it right out of my hand

I had that happen too. I put drill on lowest speed/power and hardly any pressure to get thru.

Current Winch Switch Bracket Inventory (6/3/20)
    Blank - 4
    X2O - 3
    XRC - 4
    Winch Power - 5

Thanks for all y'alls support and suggestion thus far, I wouldn't be able to do this without y'all!

On another note, I just accepted a job offer as a Systems Engineer with Aerodyne Industries, a NASA contractor!! Super excited for this opportunity, although it will require me to relocate to Huntsville, AL. Anyone live there and have any information to share?

Still plan on continuing production of these brackets, as well as other products, so don't fret! In the process of creating a logo and a website to help mesh everything together, with the company name of LambTek Innovations; LTI!
