Anyone have someone they can recommend for an electrical inspection? We are buying a house that potentially has some electrical issues and I want to get it checked out during the inspection period. Also if someone has a good home inspector let me know. Our realtor has a guy, but idk who I trust more. Him, or random internet friends.

This ended up doing the trick. Just went under contract today on a house that had like 10 shitty pictures taken with a flip phone. Hell, I’m pretty sure they took the front picture from google maps. It’s still a shitshow inside that needs a lot of work. But it’s mostly cosmetic.

The garages are only 7 foot, so no luck on that. But it does have 4 of them....hello wood shop that I will 100% be needing.

We did not attempt it, only checked it out on foot. It was moving a little quick. Probably not deep enough to reach the intake, but if you got stuck or slowed down I don't think it would be all too pleasant -- I was worried about waterlogging electrical stuff. Because it was the very beginning of a 4 day trip we decided to just take the nice detour and not risk any electrical problems, etc. because of it. If it hadn't been moving quickly we would've felt better about doing it. I'm sure that it will be very mellow soon as runoff begins to slow

Need some advice from you Colorado guys. Looking at heading up to Pagosa springs for a quick dispersed camping trip with the kids.

Thinking of somewhere around forest rd:667 East fork, however I would like to Hit some trails while I’m there. Is Elwood pass not an option with snow and snow runoff? Also looking at devils mtn off of 626. Any advice would be appreciated, we don’t get nearly as much snow here in Santa Fe and so far most of our mtn passes are easily done. Truck is fully built, full skids, 35’s, shock relocate, winch, etc.

    Thank you guys so much.

lol, i didn’t want to clog up my post, my build thread has everything in it and there is much more. Was more to give knowledge to any input you guys had. Maybe not as fully built as some, no lt etc. but capable enough.

San Juans had a shit winter so it's probably good to go, might be a few drifts on the north side but sounds like you got a shovel and children to power said shovel

Weather on Sunday-Monday is a bit dicey though: https://forecast.weather.gov/MapCli...6.64542131758811&site=all&smap=1#.XsaeA3dFwu4

Last night I noticed my fridge was not running. I then noticed the switch to the relay between the batteries was flashing. I force connected them and the fridge came on. I could not get the charge controller to show up on my phone. I assumed this was because the voltage was too low to power it. This morning, I drove to work and the charge controller never showed up on my phone.

Right now I have the battery on a charge but I cant disconnect the solar panel because I cant access the controls.

My questions.... it seems odd that the battery relay and charge controller would both fail at the same time? Did one cause the other? How would the battery have ever gotten that low if the charge controller was sending juice to the battery? What to test now?

Also, this morning the blue light on the charge controller was blue indicating it was in bulk charge. Now, it is flashing blue. This wont mean anything to anyone unless someone has the exact same controller (Victron MPPT 75/15). So, I throw that in there just to show that something has changed

Can you post a video showing the layout of the system or draw up a little diagram and post the model numbers of the parts?
