Can you theoretically punch someone with you foot?

 

Guess it depends on how limber your hips are?

You theoretically cannot since the definition of "punch" is to strike using fists, so as the foot is not a fist, the answer is no.

Practically speaking, you can because who the hell cares if you're getting punched or kicked in the throat, you're getting struck in the throat and the means is moot at that point.

a foot punch or a hand punch to the throat?

 

A hand punch since a foot to the throat is a kick and not a punch.

 

Guess it depends on the force created per sq in, does the foot or fist create more force?
