Go see another doctor who will actually do something to solve the problem and not just give medicine to treat the symptoms. If you have to go to one or fifty, do not stop until the issues are appropriately diagnosed and treated.

I understand, sometimes you gotta push it one step more. I was hurting so bad from this Bone Cancer I could hardly walk. I refused to ask the Dr. for a handicapped parking permit. My Wife stepped in and got my butt a permit. Like I said sometimes you just got to push it. But if you are hurting and can't sleep ask for help.

 

If you can't sleep, you can't get your body the rest it needs. I've started taking Ambien some nights. It helps, a lot.

 

Melatonin was the 1st thing the VA gave me. Didn't do a damned thing.
I've been practicing drinking heavily for years. One day I will get good at it.

 

Most Doctors will not just give you pain killers but if you ask they will comply. But you have to be the one to start the conversation.
I have one Main Cancer Dr. and he has three assistants all four of them have given me enough stuff to make me a zombie. But I only do enough to sleep and still function the next day without getting addicted.

 

Well head still hurts. I’ve got the chimney fired up with charcoal for some rib eyes and have opened a bottle of a cab

 

Melatonin is junk. I have oxycodone and hydrocodone and even Morphine here if I need it. If I mixed that with heavy drinking I would be done.

 

Ribeye's are real good for headaches

Yeah, I know. I had a lot of tooth pain when I was younger and was taking too much everyday til I finally got them taken care of. Had stomach problems a lot too...

They just want me to see specialist for my feet and one for my arms and that is too expensive to do right now...

Yeah I don't like feeling like a druggie and asking so I never do...

Rib eyes were good. Little smokey, I put a chunk of hickory and mesquite straight on the charcoal. Oops. Still good. Head is feeling better. Not sure if the wine or the rib eye did it but no complaints

 

Cancer sucks. Beat it, beat the fuck out of it!
