Correct, Hptuners can not manipulate ready codes. And correct every state is different. In Colorado you can have 1 not ready code after 2001 as well but the 02 sensor can not be the one. 02 must be in ready status regardless to get emissions.

No smog where I live now but might move back to San Diego at some point and don’t wanna have to undo mods or register with family in AZ I suppose

Moving to CA is opening another can of worms. Plenty of guys on here can chime in what a pain CA is for emissions...

I got you covered if you move back. It's not easy staying CA compliant but it is doable entirely with a little persistence and knowledge.

I am in San Diego and just smogged a month after getting my SC in Dec 19 so I am good til Dec 21 now. I also learned that you can register your vehicle to a PO box. If that PO box resides in "transfer only" area you only need to smog upon a title transfer. You can check here: http://smogcheck.ca.gov/pubwebquery/Ziparea/ZipLookup.aspx but it's down right now. Covid has complicated some DMV stuff but like Ocotillo is transfer only for example. Just gotta be able to drive out to get your mail every so often.

Hello everyone. I'm only on page 82, but my order just arrived. I'm jumping ahead to ask a question. Are you all still using beta version or full version? Thanks in advance!

Pretty sure @JustDSM has been helping them with their beta testing as well. If these were GM or Ford, I probably would not be on beta but I think they are continuously updating and just breaking open Tacoma’s

Thanks. I am definitely going to reach out to @JustDSM. I've read lots of great stuff about him and HPTuners in the first 1/3 of this forum.

There currently is no full version. Only beta. Beta rocks too.

Like @zippsub9 said if it was GM or Ford it would damn we'll be full version "stable release" by now.

I don't even like the words "stable release". Sounds a lot like you are probably not going to brick your ecm.

It's all good. I appreciate all the input you all have given so far. Again I am only about 1/3 of the way through this. Guess I was sold early on HPTuners. Hope nothing changed drastically from p82 til now.

Shameless plug for a Dual Lambda Gauge in the Buy/Sell/Trade Other forum. ($100 off from Innovate site or $50 off from URD shipped, no tax, no extra shipping) $300 flat shipped. Brand new, never installed. I know somebody in here is looking to monitor both banks in one clean OLED gauge. DLG-1

Daddy needs a new camshaft for his KTM!!

Shout out to Ben. @nd4spdbh ghost pepper trans is where it is at! Drove it to work (30) miles today and it was great. Alot more pick up off the line and shifting feels right where it belongs but not overly spicey. I could see an even spicier version in the future for "race" mode but right now I'm very happy with the feel

It's like I said. The Ghost Pepper hot boy trans tune is really what the transmission should had been in OE configuration.

The shift parameters and downshifting at inclines is what the A750E/F really needs to wake it up.
