Curious to know what everyone is doing, always fun to hear fellow Tacoma owners' plans.

we are planning on driving to the Buena Vista area to do a couple of nights of camping. Goal is driving straight there and back so we won't make contact with any other humans. Our original plan was to head to Telluride, but there's been so many conflicting information on what the regulations are when it comes to camping in Colorado. Thought we'd play it safe and keep it closer to home.

Headed over to the Ozarks here in Arkansas Saturday morning and camping. Hopefully we can find a dispersed camping spot along the Big Piney River.

We too discussed taking the boat out to lake Ouachita but looks like could be some rain so figured being in a truck might be a little better idea.

Heading out in 20 minutes for 5 days of canoe camping and fishing on a remote back lake in the N.F..

Put down my sweet little backpacking and canoeing companion of 16 years yesterday. She had done @30 states with me.
    Hardest day ever. Still hard.
I need to get away. Her collar hangs on the middle thwart in the canoe. Right in her spot.
She loved canoe camping trips. It was her favorite. These next days will be a fitting tribute to her.

Where the heck can you camp??? Nowhere here in CA. Can't reserve anything in state campgrounds until August and that's subject to cancellation. Damn I hope this CV19 crap ends soon. Looks like my best hope is some beach camping in October along the SB coast but that's 5 months away :-(

Privately owned campgrounds in Florida. Actually state parks just opened back up yesterday down there.

Yes, already got a spot picked out up north, I got some business to deal with, be up north for a couple of days and then heading over to the coast for a couple of days. My home away from home with all of the comforts of home.

    Thank you.
Just got back from a back country lake. First trip in quite a while that she hasn't been out with me on.
Her collar hung on a stick by the fire.
Fishing was incredible. Weather just perfect. Paddled out across glass smooth lakes 3 hours before the area got pounded this morning.
But yeah.....was missing her the whole time. Came back home to an empty house, we put her stuff away before we left.
It's weird, but I needed to do that trip the very next day after we put her down. It helped.
She would have loved this trip.:)

Here in MI, all the state parks are closed, and you are "not permitted" to free camp on state land. Some of the private owned parks are opening the 29th, with "local law enforcement" permission.
