You would bend the frame before you'd ever put enough force to need 3.0s. The below shocks are what I'm about to stuff in, Fox 2.5" x 14" and they are massive, significantly bigger than the King 2" x 12" I have on my other truck.

    IMG_20200328_122837.jpg

I normally go out with about 700 lbs in the back and the Kings never got so hot I couldn't keep my hand on them even after 50+ mph down desert trails. 3.0s would be like driving a dump truck, you would need some serious valve work to get them to ride well.

Since you can literally have dozens of combinations, it could be different on every combo. To properly answer the question, I would need to know some details like brand of shock, compressed length, leaf pack. Did you get the instructions?

However, if you have the standard length 2.5x14 Fox/King with compressed length ~23.25", then the axle tab lower long edge will be close to 45 degrees below horizontal

This relocate is a piece of art. Worth the premium price.

14”. I think it’s a great fit because at full droop, there’s about 1/2” of remaining shaft. We’ll put limit straps on to protect the shock. At full bump, there’s about 1” extra shaft, maybe a little more. So even if somehow his bump stops fall off, the shock won’t bottom out.

Looking to add this to my setup. Right now I'm looking at King 1.5"-3.0" extended travel front coilovers, 12" travel rear king smoothie shocks, this relocation bracket, and a set of stage 2 Deaver Expedition leafs. Would there be any fitment issues with that? Running 12" of travel in the rear and a mid travel rated front, could that cause issues. Also aside from the actual Relocation bracket, UCA's, Front Coilovers, Rear shocks, new leafs, bumpstops, and a needle joint is there anything I am missing the make this all work. Also I will be running the stock 265/70/16 tires for a while, will they need spacers?

Tons of people run extended MT front with 12" rear shocks, and it works great. I can't tell you about the front selection, but the Archive rear formula is:
    Deaver U402
    Archive Relocation
    2.5x12 smoothies
1.5" wheel spacers depending on wheels
    24-26" brake lines
    Archive Hammer hangers
Archive Stealth HD U-bolt flip Option 3 or 4

Hell yeah. You must have some pretty soft suspension to get it to flex like that with a fork lift.

    Old man emu Dakar leafs

Standard duty OME Dakars. I have the HD Dakars on my truck and pulled pretty much identical numbers. My tire was 30” off the ground, I think his was like 29.5”

Anyone run 2.5x12 bypasses and 3.5 BS wheels on 35s? My wheels are 4.75bs with 35s. With the spacer I should be at 3.25-3.5

With bypasses, I would recommend about 2" wheel spacers. 35's are fat and a 4.75 BS wheel is pretty low on offset, those 2 don't fit great with bypasses

Yeah definitely not a good combo lol. Might have to look into different wheels. Don’t know about that big of a wheel spacer.
