    Build a watch list on TDA and observe for a while. Make paper trades on a note book and see how you did, then invest.

    With $200, it's not a huge loss if you pick wrong and summer is coming up, so certain areas are most likely to grow.

    With $200, I bet if you bought about 6 shares of MO, turned on DRIP, and let it ride for a decade, you'd end up with a lot more than $200!

    do you want to maybe try swing trading? Or are you just investing medium to long term? Swing trading pretty much requires watching something all the time. I have been doing that with natgas here and there, and it's a real bitch.

    Would NRGU be a stock that would be something i could play with on a weekly watch. Or is this more a long term stock. I guess i would be looking at short term quick profit and reinvest .

    Depends what you want, it could jump $1 any day. If that’s enough to get you to cash out. If you want to trade weekly you need to know what is enough profit to get out and be ok to see it continue going up without your money. I bought NAIL at 15, sold for 20, bought again at 14, sold at 20, and it’s about 24 now. So the first time it worked, second time I left money on the table. But the funds have been reinvested elsewhere. Works for me
