    He was super pumped. He shot a huge boar last year but that thing jumped up and ran off. We tracked it for about 100 yards but never found it. So, yep, he was very happy when it dropped and stayed down. He shot from a little bit of an angle and best I can tell the bullet penetrated just above the shoulder on one side, passed through and ricocheted off the inside of the opposite shoulder bone and exited through the heart/lung/throat area. I took me a minute to figure out when I couldn’t find the exit wound. Made it fun to explore with him though.
