The adjustability should still be the same (as far as I know), it's just the newer ones are forged arms instead of the tubular design the older model has.

I have the older tubular SPCs from about 3 years ago, they've held up great since then...no issues with 'em. They're the ones sold under Mevotech now, really good deal for the previous SPC design

that's kind of what i was figuring. as long as i can get a proper allignment with the truck and get full travel out of them then i will be happy.

sweet! they're going on the list!. they'll be in line after new canopy windows and timing belt funds. the added downtravel might even make my ride a bit better too! although i'm not holding my breath since i'm running springs that are stiff as hell. hopefully i'll be able to get them before i have to move in august.

I have been running JBA's and they have been great. The selling point for me was the ability to do a trail repair from ANY parts store if I needed to. But if you never break parts, then this is a mute point.

    Spc calls them x-axis joints

I like em they dont transmit as much vibration as poly bushings like in my buddies t4r and dads frontier I dont feel like they deflect under load

looking good. my setup is similar, but a little bit different. I usually try and camp in the bed of my truck, under the canopy that i have. i generally condense my stuff a little bit more, and then leave half the bed to sleep in. anything that doesn't fit goes in the back seat. most of the time i end up filling that part of the bed on the way out to wherever i'm camping, but i make sure to only put stuff there that won't stay in the bed when i'm sleeping (food, pots and pans/ smellable cooking gear, camp chairs, wood for fires, etc.). i probably don't need to be as careful as i am with the smellables, the only wildlife that would pose an issue that i've seen on my trips (at least near where i've camped) are mini bears (chipmunks). i'll need to be more careful next year but where i live now isn't exactly grizzly country. even black bears are somewhat uncommon along forest roads. however, most of my camping experience when i was younger was with the Boy Scouts, so i've had the practices and principals of bear bags and LNT fully drilled into my head, including keeping food and smellables out of the tent/ sleeping area at all costs.

I am not particularly prone to breaking parts, but with that said i do like the abilty to make repairs like that. IMO simpler is better most of the time, and i think that most people on here will agree with me. plus i do like the red:p. matches my truck well! we'll see, they aren't too much more expensive than the SPCs, and are still significantly less than the All-pros, let alone the TC or Icon ones.

    yeah 315's.

Those look just like the rubber bushings i just had to sawzall out of my SPC arms. What a fucking bitch. I bet that is why they are cheaper. The Poly bushing that SPC runs does not have that metal lip and the ridges.

    This is the poly bushing:

    76C5YeQDoAAGYbsOO0ZcJogzzdtE5d3ttqRmHDYA_77097d5274fcfb55f73645c372f3d6d13401b99c.jpg

Nothing else goes on it. Just presses into the arm and a metal sleeve into the bushings.
