Wash your truck the night before, then the next morning use IronX or another iron remover, then wash it again. Removes 90% of the junk, then clay barring is easy. Just time consuming. Make sure you wax after.

Yeah, still weighing my options and doing research. More important mods ahead of this one.

I like it because of the adjustability and fine tuning. You can get it perfectly precise.

For those who can’t go this route or want more flexibility you can do the Hypertech Speedo Calibrator. I installed one. Easy install and totally customizable. I even left the USB cable attached and ran it down the left side drawer.

You checked it against GPS post install? How close do you think your speedometer and odometer are now?

Thanks I'll take a look and yes only downside I seen so far is cost. I have no problem cutting up shit on my truck, but the plug and play aspect is nice.

Yeah I’ve checked it and I’m within 1-2 mph. If I remember correctly it was pretty spot on at first but as you get mileage on the tires it changes the math slightly. If I wanted to do the calculations I could get it perfect but I’m more than happy where I’m at.

That's actually a 3rd gen and not mine but looking at the picture you're definitely right. Looks a lil droopy lol.

    This one is mine
