Went by my local truck accessories shop and asked them about installing fog lights. I want to go with PIAA. My question is how much of the front end would they have to take apart to install them?

I’m not sure about the 2020s, but usually the wiring harness should already be there for OEM fog lights. All you would need is the fog lights themselves and the stock containing the fog light switch. Plug and play the pieces.

grill... which one? There are a ton out there. Some of the heavier metals ones have broken the front surround so keep that in mind.

They shouldn't have to take anything apart. 5 minute install that u should consider doing yourself.

I’m sure you don’t have to take anything off but the fake fog covers off and screw in two fog lights and snap in the new bezels. Then run the harness. I didn’t take anything off when I added fogs to mine.

My favorite quote from a lighting industry professional is that PIAA's #1 product is their bubble wrap. I'd suggest checking out the above thread which finds PIAA as one of the lowest performing and most overpriced products on the market. I'd then re-evaluate and check out Diode Dynamics (also covered in the thread linked at the top) which has the highest performing fogs on the market, and with the current 20% off sale that makes the SS3s Sports only $160 for a complete SAE LED housing swap.
