She's gorgoeous...and strong but before i get ahold of her, I would like to know some ideas to do to her.

    modded cold air?
does tacoma have throttle cord? zip tie throttle cord?
    4x4?
lift? 3...4 or will 4x4 do it? i dont want her jacked just good lookin
ill pull new lights out of ranger, 60 dollar silver stars, no HID, im white
auxillaries? ive got 6 100W on ranger..pull em off too?
flat black rims and all chrome on vehicle?
    beefyer all terrains..? maybe?
    Roll bar across bed? eh?

I NEED ANY AND ALL IDEAS, nothing thats gonna break the bank but just easy, quick little bolt on or free mod. just stuff, yall know what i mean.
THANK YALL, i love my ranger but extremely happy to upgrade.

What the hell are you talking about?

    4x4?

Are you asking about a 4wd conversion? The headlights might not fit. What the heck is zip tie the throttle cord? For that matter, what the heck is a throttle cord?

yea, 4x4 conversion. see the two colleges that are really into me are embry riddle here in daytona beach and gainsville, up in the swamp there is nothing but off road, but here ill keep her 2WD but lift her.

I though all headlights were universal...? for the most part..

In fords, the throttle cord is just like an E-brake, its cord driven, no electronics what-so-ever, so it lossens over time and youll have hesitation when you hit the taps, so you take up slack on the cord by putting several zip-ties around here, it really quickens her up, so tacos dont have em?

You're not doing a 4wd conversion, you're just not. Headlights are NOT universal. It's a throttle cable, not cord. Yours might have an electronic throttle, no cable, butI could be wrong. Zip tying a throttle cable just sounds like a bad idea.

How old are you? are you in the Air Force?

not in yet, im in my frst year of college, im doing the 4 year ROTC deal and instant officer(ship) so i can fly when i get out, i meant throttle cable...same thing only different, i wont do the conversion myself, itll be a shop thing if i do, and it was just an idea, and zip-tieing really works, believe me, i rolled my eyes several times at the ranger forum when it was mentioned but it cost me 5 mins and 3 ties and she runs better

You can do a 4x4 conversion but its not that easy. First you need a donor truck that id 4x4 so you can take the parts from that and put it in "your" truck.

I would suggest that if you are not in the Air Force yet that you take that insignia off of your Avatar. You may find that some will feel that you have not earned the right yet.

Don't do a 4wd conversion, you would be better off buying another truck, unless you are doing it yourself and know what you are doing.

The cable thing is interesting, never did it to my Ranger.
