I had a can of old carpet glue I found from the previous owner( we've been here since 2011). It seemed fine when I opened it, and I think it was the way to go. You have to spread the shit with a trowel like grout. But its damn tackey even before drying. I can lift the whole thing if I just grab one of the carpet corners I haven't trimmed yet and it doesn't pull off. So much cleaner than brads/ staples. It just stinks while its off gassing.

Last night's sunset down at camp. And this is a crappy cell phone picture, so you can imagine how awesome it looked in real life...

We own the property, though, so technically we're just #socialdistancing

    TWO WEEKS OF QUARANTINE!**

**-Even though when she was the attorney general she told our then-governor that the governor didn't have the power to force people to self-quarantine...

Finished up one side with rocks. Other side is about half way done before I had to call it for the day. Will finish up tomorrow morning should be decent weather for it. Cloudy and chance of rain. Will wrap this up and be done with it for a year so that’s nice. Next task is to see if I can recover my front lawn being green....

Looked her up, was very surprised to see that job only pays $70k. I think most are 150+.

Last I knew the legislature was considering a raise to $135k, but it wouldn't go into effect until the next governor takes office. It was getting a lot of pushback because it's basically doubling current salary. But, I feel that since it hasn't increased since the mid or late 80's it's more than overdue.

that’s the whole point. Hope it’s not political but the US should be paying senators and governors etc a livable wage, it stops the position from being limited to those who can live without an income from it. 70k in Maine isn’t bad but for that position it should be more.

Alright, mother bitchers, I'm out. Going to pick up some bacon seeds on the hottest day of the year so far

Hope everybody has fun and stays safe this weekend. Lot of idiots out there, and they seem dumber than usual this year.

Hoping we can get up there middle/end of summer. Even to sit on the lake and hit up the national park.

    Little leg day this morning.

Good to see everyone outside and being social, things are looking up!

Over the past 24 hours I'm tearing through recalls apparently! Found out my HF stands are included in the recall so I'll be taking care of that in the future and also set myself up for the Toyota CRC application. Figured I'd get it out of the way. When I got my state inspection yesterday they checked my frame as well and noted no issues and even said that they may take my truck in for the two days but since it's already coated in NH Oil who knows what they'll even do besides inspect. At least I'll get a loaner to drive around for a few days!

Also, @Pugga I think it might just be the belt causing the chirp. A buddy helped me check the pulleys and didn't think they were in bad shape but just some wearing on the belt. Worst case scenario I change out the belt and it still chirps and know the pulleys need to get replaced.

The idlers are easy and relatively cheap. Might as well do them if you've got the belt off.
