    MAde these this weekend i used 1.5" (.104) wall Hrew tube :D
    Totasl cost was $92.55( raw material and paint) I did a majority of the labor(bending, coping saw etc.) with the help of a VERY skilled friend (welding), Rustolem paint, and raw material purchase. let me know what you guys think.These are welded on

    wow! Thanks for the replies and actually we might be considering fabricating these for sale in the future. The price will NOT be $100 but it will be a VERY competitive price. They came out WAYYYY better than I or he expected I still need to do a "texture" coat on them before there done. Thanks again for all of your Kind comments, feel free to add any input as far as any recommendations for improving the current design.:D

    i would suggest creating a jig if you are going to make many more. even if it is a set of nails in plywood to hold all the pieces :thumbsup:
