Be a heck of a lot cheaper than setting up a Tacoma that's for sure. Damn Jeeps and their cheap/plentiful aftermarket.

 

I actually thought about getting a Kodiak tent and adding a little wood stove to it for winter camping. I also want a pop up trailer tent too so we'll see which one a impulse buy first.

 

Yea.. I have to figure out why it’s got issues starting sometimes first.. dam thing just randomly won’t start. New starter made it better. But still does
It once in a blue moon. Think I’m going to have to run new starter wires

I don't know where your route takes you through exactly, but if you're crossing the Rockies and the Sierras you'll have to factor substantially more gas than you would on a mostly flat trip
