Good point, couldn't agree more. I really should start paying more attention to stuff like that.

Who has the lifted t4r in cement? Had a personalized plate but i already forgot what it said. I know it had an 8 where a B should be. It was a very nice looking truck from what i could see in the rain.

It's been a while, I think @ready6delta was still on the Right coast, ha, but couldn't resist this sight coming back from Northern Tool/Lunch.20200522_132245.jpg

Question for yea, Sir... My curious mind wants to know.

The tires in the second pic mounted on your truck.. Are they retreads by chance? I did a search for Firestone Transforce AT. and they look nothing like that.

    Thank you for your time.

They are. Found a place online out of TN. I couldn't say no to $100 a tire for mud terrains.

Hey y'all, just checking in to this thread. Not sure how I've missed it. Hell... I might have even checked in before and don't recall.

Are any of y'all running a dual battery setup? If so, are both batteries in the engine bay? I'd like to see something else. Strongly considering running a second battery but I'm not spending the mega dollars for a swanky cat setup. But would very much like a second battery for running a fridge on our weekend getaways.

I, too, like to skimp on tires, which maintain the contact between my vehicle and the road :goingcrazy::bananadead:

I sorta do. LOL. I had a deep cycle battery I kept in the bed when camping to run lights and a fan in the tent. I now have the OGE dual battery setup with Redarc BCDC charger but have been real slow about getting everything wired up.

So I figure at worst case, this is my solution if I don't get something else figured out. We're planning a road trip this year and we're def upgrading to a fridge. I'm done with ice and wet food...

I'm thinking of mounting a bracket somewhere under the body and tossing in a deep cycle battery in a battery box and then going from there. I like my truck bed to remain truck like for doing truck stuff.

I seem to remember seeing in one of the dual battery threads on here where someone mounted a battery up under the bed to the frame or something.
