Dropping the pontoon boat in the lake today for the summer . She is 35 years old and still going Had some mess in the outboard from mice . Even shrink wrapping the whole engine from top to bottom and sticking Irish Spring soap in engine compartment. One year I used “ mouse repellent “ packs and they built a nest around that stuff .

 

Dayum. Now way to seal it up tight for the winter?

 

It’s stored outside under a teepee of tarps . Engine shrink wrapped some years mice some not .More times than not there are mice in it . Stinks too ,those dirty bastards

 

Had the water ears on it it runs but I had extensive motor cleaning and carb linkage lubrication to do . Just hope the linkage doesn’t jam up .

 

How often you change the impeller on the water pump. Long term storage is hard on them.

It shouldn't be too bad. We already use this companies software, we're going from v2013 to v2020. There shouldn't be too many big issues, but you never know. Luckily all the operations and scheduling managers have been here long enough that they were involved in the last upgrade. Hardest part is that the company is based out of Quebec

 

Might start thinking about it, it's not hard to change out. Very cheap also.

Yes, wasnt feeling good today... sinus and some aches and pains. Had to load up on allergy and tylenol to get up finally and a hot shower. Gotta go dry my hair now, be back in a few lol. How's Arizona treating you?
