Guessing you changed the design from StapleNuts? Picture still looked the same style.

Yes, we had to start from scratch to make them fit more securely in the cut out. The concept will always be similar as the other designs since there's really only one way to put a bezel into these grilles.

Fresh rubber yesterday, so I took it for a spin.

I refuse to believe there isn't a better way to skin this cat besides making it slightly thicker, lol. I've come up with a few designs, but the problem I keep running into is repeatability in uninstalling and reinstalling, which is what Staple's design has going for it.

Nice truck and view in first picture in background but bad idea to strap that to "oh shit" handle due to airbag deployment.

Did you replace the fin with antenna? Or put it next to the fin?

Thanks, I put the antenna next to the fin. And I understand thats a bad spot for the extinguisher, its rarely there.

I wrapped my Pop-n-Lock with some sound deadener and that helped.

Finally got around to installing my 2” rear lift kit. Well built, sturdy blocks and all hardware fits. Doesn’t increase the ride height as much as expected. Still overall pleased with this early weekend project.

I'm no expert, but I think the block goes under the leaf spring. Probably why you didn't notice any change in height.

Edit: Looks like you did it right on the other side.

Nice man. Does that bed rack lock to the rails by any chance?

Super simple, no drilling! Remove the 5 existing screws, hold the rail in place, and screw them back in. Takes a Torx T30 bit, just be sure that the small hole in the rail is on the bottom; you don’t want the rail to be mounted upside down!
