Long weekend...it looks like t3rr0r!sm might be on a rise...3 days of death counts...Florida has to be destroyed by the media all weekend...just give them a chance to beat down the market.

 

HTZ bankruptcy is imminent. Down $1/share after hours.

Last I read yesterday they were trying to salvage their business in Europe. Could be a high risk high reward play., but I’ll pass

 

threw a $100 at it the other day for the hell of it at $3/share, sucks but knew it would be a gamble. There were a couple others here that played too.

 

What happens if they go bankrupt and I own shares? I’m tempted to throw $100 at it while I’m drunk

i bought it and car and sold both earlier this week. Was thinking about buying again today but it didn’t drop to where I wanted it while I was watching.

 

Depends how bankrupt they go. Yesterday I read they had a much better business in Europe and were trying to split and save that side of the business. But I have no idea. For 100, why not. Maybe they’ll give you a car if they shutdown completely

Well today sucked. Here's the calls and total % gain(or loss) lol

BABA $220 -72.9%

NVDA $350 -5.5%


This will be a good thing to watch for those of you wanting to trade options. Both calls have 19 trading days left until the June expiry. It's gonna take a lot for me to hold BABA that long. If it even returns 1/2 in 10 days I'll probably take the loss. There's just to much anti-China sentiment in the US market right now for me to believe it will profit. I'll hold NVDA until it returns a profit. If it returns to it's previous high from last week I think it will break that resistance and go to the $380 level. That's a 5.25% rise from it's close today. I've seen NVDA do that move in a day so let's hope the market has a good 3 day weekend and chills out next week.

Big swings from profit to loss and back are the options game. I should have set a 30% stop loss on BABA but I didn't because I wanted to see what happens. Will it cost me? I'll let you know on the third Friday in June(or sooner).

 

Nrgu didn’t hit 4 today so I didn’t buy. Probably sometime next week.

 

I think BABA stands a chance at a good swing back..it's only a 10% move...and it's done that a few times post covid...

If the market was trading strictly on fundamentals I'd agree. It's not though. The CEO of BABA has already stated that they will be able to comply with all US law that comes from the bill. It wasn't well received by the market news outlets. I found the article on page 7887 of Bloomsburg. This bill still has to pass the House. Even after Trump signs it there's no way BABA, JD, etc are going to delist. They will just comply with the damn law. It's just oversight so another Luckin won't happen. I have a feeling with a good few weeks and a few tweets from Trump this could all reverse course in a hurry. I'm 50/50 on the course it will take. Not a good position to be in for making money. lol

 

Yup. Had a limit order in but it didn’t hit. I’m not sure we’re thru the weeds yet.

 

I'm no expert but really like NAIL and NRGU, also AAPL for a slow growth and dividends.

 

If nrgu goes back up to 55 ill personally send a bottle of ace of spades to everyones house in this thread. 1 year from today lmao....
