    When I filled out my application there was a question about “expected salary” I put what I was making at my last job but rounded up. During my initial phone interview with the recruiter she went over it and said that shouldn’t be a problem and it was exactly the offer they made. Left me wondering if I could’ve/should’ve put more But I’m not complaining. It’s pretty generous for the amount of “work” I actually do :rofl:

    I tried shooting high. I also knew I was a little underpaid. I ended up 13k more base salary. 6% 401k from 3% as well. Benefits are near comparable - might be paying $500 extra a year. Lots of small incentives I get too, not really worth naming. If I do get my Tesla 3 long range too, I will be fucking ecstatic. Imagine never having to stop at a gas station (Tesla installs a charger at my work place).
