Toyota is currently doing a high pressure fuel pump part recovery campaign. My friend who is a master tech at Toyota dealership told me about it. They have to check your VIN to make sure you qualify.

Bring truck in, answer simple questionnaire, tech replace HP fuel pump (took him 45 minutes). In return, Toyota gave me $100 gift card. And I got a brand new HP fuel pump.

The campaign is any vehicle with 3.5L engine, so Camary, Highlander, Sienna, etc. Call your service advisor if interested. My truck is 2017 with 44k miles, own it since new with original fuel pump.

 

04B14 is 99.95 percent Identical to 04B13

 

I have the CEL on the M/T 2.0 91 dump tube SFOB file. CEL is on at all times,trac light and check engine light on with O2 sensor codes. Only noticeable on 2 low as far as I can tell,truck runs and drives fine otherwise. I tried to put it in 2 lo and got an error message and it would not go in 2 low. I don't recall what the message was and I have not tried to use 2 low since then.

 

Hesitation doesn’t bother me as I dig the 91 gearlock... If You Like It You Lick It. Everybody Knows That.

 

Great, something else to worry about, in addition to the limp and the brake master cylinder recall I just found out about... That first sticker I put on the truck sure is appropriate lol

I am so frustrated trying to download tunes using the flash manager. I can successfully download other model years. But when I try to download anything from 2020, I get the following error message.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but keep getting the same message. Suggestions???

I've been able to download from the beta page and flash to the vehicle but not all options are available there.

 

Is SuperFOB available for A/T?

 

As an AT owner, I didn't think we got any of the MT magic juice from SuperFOB either.

 

But NONE of the 2020 tunes work. Here is the stock attempt:

you are on the old version. It doesn’t work any longer.

 

you need to update to 1.3.0 FM, and select no dongle (if you have the orange or black tatrix cable). if you truly have a dongle still, you need to trade it in and update to dongless to get 2.0. Ski

You're right...I don't have a dongle. I have the orange piece that connect to the truck.
I tried 1.3.0 and it has different options but still gets the error.
I have firewall and virus protection turned off.

I'm sorry I'm struggling with this. I consider myself to be a fairly advanced computer user as well. Just frustrating.

Why aren't the tunes available for download online????

2020 A/T 04B80 tunes are are near the bottom of the page here. The 04B80 tunes are just above the 04B81 with all the tire size/gear options

I see...so those are the only ones available so far. I ask because I hate it. The quick shift from 3rd to 4th drives me crazy.
I thought there were others out for the 2020.

Then I guess I need to find the stock tune because I can't download it from flash manager.
