I have ordered some stuff from these guys and found the prices to be the best. I hope that helps:

I apologize if we are not supposed to post the link and will delete if asked. Link above is to the tonneau cover for $512.

Edit: Forgot to mention that the install was super easy -- so easy that even I could do it and trust me that is saying something ...

Thank you both for the replies, your sentiments seems to echo my own in that it seems like a pretty good deal. If the deal is right on my trade-in tmrw, I may be taking that bad-boy home with me.

Toyota of Downtown LA and Toyota of Huntington Beach were the only ones I spoke to this week that were willing to let a truck go at invoice.

I don't think that price includes tax title yet, it says that right under "Costco Member-Only Price"

looks like the link is edited out. maybe you can give me some key words to search on my own regarding the site. i did eventually find the tonneau covers on that naples toyota site but they were for the soft top versions.

Sorry about that. The place is BAM. Auto. Parts. I don't have any affiliation with them other than I bought a bunch of stuff there and their prices are pretty good.

    As a side note, I got the standard / OEM tonneau from Toyota. I have to say it is a pretty nice product overall. The fit and quality is pretty good. That said, now that I have it I wish I would have thought more carefully about two options;

    1) No tonneau at all and just went for the soft topper. The advantage with that is you can move it all of the away forward and it gives you a cap like feel if you need that (for, say, car camping). I probably should have went in that direction because it seems to give you more options and more flexibility.

    2) I was looking at the Gator cover. They are inexpensive and they roll up. The advantage there is they take up less room. The standard OEM folds in sections and even though it has straps that hold it in place when open it takes up a fair amount of bed space making it hard to reach things closer to the back of the cab -- if that makes sense. It is not a deal breaker but the ones that roll up seem to take up far less room.

Just thought that after living with the tonneau for a few weeks those observations might be of use to you.

I know that store. I ordered my TRD wheels from them. I had an Extang Solid Fold 2.0 and wasnt completely happy with them. Thought I would go with OEM. But the soft topper sounds good. I didnt know you can slide it all the way forward. Definitely going to take a look at them.

Just bought this past Tuesday (5/19/20). This is my first new vehicle (just paid off my wife's 2016 Highlander that was bought new), my first truck in 20 yrs and my first Tacoma. Sticker: $46526, sell price: $42000 + TTL, OTD price: $45058.12. Got 0%/60mth financing. I think I also got the 90 days first payment deferred, but I'll have to check on that again. Did all nogioiations via text message and a little talking on the phone. There were only 2 Limiteds in DFW and only about 10 in Texas. I'm thrilled with it.IMG_20200522_171252__01.jpg IMG_20200519_201652_01__01.jpg IMG_20200520_134322.jpg

I was recently quoted $35,617 with 0% apr for 60 months (or $33,867 with rebate) for a 2020 TRD OR DC 6mt with LED lights and Tech Pack... was anyone able to do any better in Norcal?

    MSRP was $37,762

I hope I was able to help you avoid the sort of mistake that I made. I mean it is not really a big mistake and I am fine but had I thought more about it I would have thought more about the OEM tonneau for $500 versus a Softopper for a few hundred dollars more -- new. That gap can close substantially if you are patient and find a used one for sale.

Take a look at this short video that shows how the Softopper folds all the way to the front providing complete access to the full length of the bed:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=3&v=NMwomxxh90s&feature=emb_logo

You can see in this video how the OEM tonneau blocks about a third of the bed when in the open position (I realize this is an older tonneau but the one I have is pretty much the same):
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4pHNK26HB4

I am okay with my decision but given that the Softopper is more versatile it may be a better fit for you.

    Just something to consider.

Thanks for the vids. My last cover was similiar to the OEM. I think I will go the softopper route this time

Which dealership was this? I'm currently looking for something similar but off road.
