Good morning All, beautiful day today high around 74 - not so much for tomorrow, we are supposed to get 5"-8" of that white stuff by mid day Monday starting tomorrow afternoon. Hope MTgirl is ready for the change - it is coming straight down from her area....

Hope everyone has a wonderful Holiday weekend and do keep our heroes in mind.

forecast is 60s and 30s for the weekend. Storms Monday night.
On the bright side I've burned the "new" smell out of the furnace in the camper already

it's just super sensitive. A little condensation and next thing you know BEEP-BEEP-BEEP!

    Morning Everyone !!!!! :hattip:

Currently 62° clear , High 79° and light breeze from the North

Got woke up at 0300hrs and at 0530hrs from people calling me trying to get inside the gate of the gated community I live in . Either its guests or residents who forgot their remote to open the gate . This happens to me a few times a year as my number is near the top of the call box

Today I'm going to put up and display my US Marine Corps flag and my POW MIA flag

I'm sure space is valuable in there, but if you can find a small desktop style fan that can move the heat and steam away from the detector it may help. Popping open a roof vent a notch or 2 while you're cooking will help with that too.

I had to do the fan trick with my camp trailer.

What, you do not like "Rainy /Summer season" :anonymous:

We might even "light" the fire pit this weekend....

The "Water Toy folks" need to pay attention , more than a few "dodged rain & lightning" yesterday

Florida summer...... 90-60 in the "blink of a lightning strike " :rain::rain::rain::rain:

But that lets all my heat out!
Once the smoke detector goes I turn on the hood vent fan and crack the sink window just a smidge. Thats enough to keep it quiet.

Getting rain now, still cold 50ish. I have retreated to the camper. Thought maybe I should have just stayed home, checked the forecast and its 10° cooler with snow expected later o_O guess I'm better off here after all! @MtnAltitude
