Correct these are the new coilovers.
Thanks for the input! I will mos definitely give that a shot this weekend. Do you think my alignment will screw up by adjusting the driver side 1/4 higher?

Wish we could get some input from Eibach here on the ride characteristics of the coilovers VS the standard Prokit. Could probably get some orders if we had some more details.

    Hope it works for you.
If it was me once I had it riding how I wanted it I a would take it in and have it checked for sure. Maybe the place that did it when you installed these will give you discount. Worth asking anyway.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I’m trying to schedule an install day with Eibach for their Stage 2, been tough with this damn Covid. Hopefully I can get them on in the next couple of weeks or so and give a review on them vs my current Prokit

Best to hear it from an actual end user too.

I’ve been on both and they both ride great on they street. The 2.0’s will do better in faster off-road situations. What I like is the ability to dial in your height exactly where you want it side to side with the 2.0’s.

Do you need an east coast tester :anonymous:

I’ll put them through the paces on actual trails, not those dirt roads y’all have out west...;)

I decided to call and speak to someone at Eibach directly. The guy I spoke to made it sound like the main benefit of 2.0s is the adjustability. Being able to dial it in to the exact height you are looking for. Also being able to complete the adjustment on the truck, rather than taking the shocks off and then fully apart. He said the two are valved almost identically and the ride wouldn’t be too much different between the original kit and the 2.0s. Decisions...decisions....

Im new to the forum. Im in the process of buying this lift. Im going with the 2.5 lift and also going with 285/70/17 tires. My Tacoma is the manual offroad 2019. Will this set up have enough power for driving in an area full of hills. Will I need to re-gear the truck to a nitro 5.26 or 4.88? Anyone running a similar setup it would help to know your opinions.

I have that exact setup with the manual transmission. I’ve noticed a small loss in power but this is mainly in 5th and 6th gear when going up hills. Otherwise, the lower gears feel pretty close to the same in my opinion. But, I also haven’t done any off-roading with this setup as of yet.

I have taken and the kit performed great. Swallowed up the dips and bumps with great rebound, stiff enough to keep you feeling confident and planted, plush enough where you’re not rattling your bones.

I’ll do the same run after I get the Stage 2 coils installed and see if I can go a little faster :D

Installed lift a week ago Eibach pro -first setting and 1”block rear and alignment.
NOW I have a (veroom) vibe. Kind of vibe for a second then nothing for a second then vibe back again.
Is this the bearing people some times replace or something else?
Also where is the bearing and how hard to replace? thank you
