    No idea. Went to pick up one 10lb thing and the pain was incredible. I can hold things, but no movement to curl anything. Should pass, but it chose the wrong day to happen because we're swamped here and I'm basically useless for anything other than paperwork

    I haven’t gotten a friggin thing down that is on my list except get the compost. Went to my in-laws to mow their lawn and used some of my compost to fix tire tracks in the lawn which means I will have to go back again.     That was me yesterday with my shoulder. Reached up to put my coffee in the microwave and felt a ping and it was all downhill for the day. Cbd salve and some painful massaging and the pain is much more tolerable today. Good luck.
