I’m just concerned about the safety aspect of things whether my wheels are bolted properly.

Are the factory ones a corn or flat? I’m assuming your on factory wheels. Really you need to just use whatever style the wheel accepts

if you have dished lug seat, you need lugs to match (ALL OF THEM). If you have flat area lug seat, you need the flat seated lugs, FOR ALL OF THEM. you risk damage to the wheel, or the wheel coming off, when using the wrong lugs. for 50 bucks, USE THE RIGHT DAMN LUG NUTS!
