    Hi Everyone,
    Was wondering if it is necessary to replace intake manifold gaskets when demoing to install a new "metal" coolant return line. 500,000 kms on my 2011 2.7 lt Tacoma

    Yes, if you remove the manifold you will need a new gasket. That goes for anything you remove that has a seal or gasket.

    Unless you enjoy doing the same job multiple times... :)
