It has to Stew holes under led, then I flipped it over and put liquid electric tap around the plug to seal it.

Thanks @KTJO 4x4 for the harness and @kecknj for the clean OEM-like install inspiration! Top of the lower vent upper hole to the bottom of the bezel: 42mm.

Has anyone installed Package #1 with the 85530-35050-C0 outlet on the back of the console WITHOUT the bezel? If you did, can you post up some pictures?

@KTJO 4x4 - if I mount the outlet to the outside of the console, will there be any wires showing inside the console?

You will not see wires on the interior of the middle console if you install it that way. I have not seen anyone install the plugs without the bezel though.

Hey, @KTJO 4x4 I apologize if these questions were already asked.
With this mod, does the bed 120V outlet continue to work as normal? Can you use both in-cab and bed outlet at the same time?
Does the 400W OEM button engage the cab outlet as well (or do you need two buttons)? Will it now run 400W anytime (when not in Park)? To both outlets?

    Thanks

Thanks! Wasn’t sure cause it won’t reach that location. I’ll have to extend it with some extra wire.

It looks like it should reach. You should be able to fit it between the ring connectors of the black wire and the two white wires.
ETA: BUT, only after you have the large white connector plugged into the inverter.

The red wire that is attached to the main harness is a ground wire. I attached mine to the nut on the side of the metal bracket that the inverter sits below. Here's a picture of the nut I used.
