from work, just put HID's in my truck yesterday, luckily it didn't mess them up but it did smash the light itself, my bumper and my fender, i think it missed the hood and grill

question is, what do you think it'd cost for a body shop to get a new bumper and paint it? i'm thinkin about getting that as a credit and then, you gueesed it, time for a steel bumper!

pics tomorrow, i'm too pissed to post it now

I hydroplaned into a pole during a storm not too long back and damaged the right side my front bumper and cracked the tabs on one of my head lights. I want to say the body shop charged between 1500-2k to fix and repaint it, including replacing the headlight.

Ouch man, I see so many deer along the road on my way into work (work third shift so I drive at night constantly). Had to swerve a few times, god I hate deer.

In retrospect I wish i'd just bought a bumper and light from someone getting rid of theirs on here. Would have been MUCH cheaper to just fix it myself.

i just sent relentless fab a PM, if the factory bumper is gonna cost any more than $500 to replace/re paint then i'm goin all steel, i'm sick of this crap, i've only had the truck for 2 freakin weeks! i actaully hit it and then ran over it with the drivers side tires, i want the next one i hit to pay for it even worse, seems to me the only right thing to do is hang 110lbs of steel on the front of my truck:D

glad you didn't get hurt dude... (with the exception of 1 creamed deer)

Go search for my deer hit thread from a year ago. It was $3,700 to fix mine. They replaced the bumper cover, support brackets, grill, headlights, AC line, fender, and fender flare.

That's a much easier way to get meat than waking up early to sit in a tree all day. Sucks about your new truck, get an ARB.

now that i've seen it in the daylight i'm not sure they'll replace the bumper or not, looks like the only dammage to it is a 2 inch crack, i'm waiting on my ins. co to call back so i can go get a estimate

    Maybe it was depressed. :)
Doesn't look that bad. Can't tell what kind of damage is under the bumper though. Still makes a good excuse to get a nice steel bumper.

just got back from getting an estimate $2800.00  doesn't look like i'm gonna get a aftermarket bumper, they'd only credit me $400 for the new one and paint, i dont have another $600 to throw down for it right now, sucks cause i was gonna put my 5100's on this weekend:mad:
