I have bought the GE Megalight Ultra + 130 H11 bulbs thinking they are a simple plug and Play upgrade for my stock 2019 TRD sport 4X4 they don't simply plug in, it looks like there will have to be some modification to the plugs (wiring harness side ) to fit properly and make a connection
I read that this is a popular upgrade, at reasonable cost. did I miss something ? do I need a " pig tale" to make them work ? want to run them in my lo beams.
    Please advise

    Hi man!

I bought the same bulbs (h11) and it is plug and play on low beams and fog lights. It is weird that you are not able to connect it...

when you want to install h9 bulbs and fit them into h11 housing you will have to trim the bulb connector to fit but this is not the case as you are describing...

low beam (h11) is different from high beam (h9) but if you bought h11 it must fit the low beam socket... make sure you are unplugging the correct headlight socket... you will see a h11 bulb plugged to it...

Now while I am writing this, I realize that you have to connect the bulb to the wires and then twist lock the connected bulb to the headlight assembly... That being said, are you having issues connecting the bulb to the cable or twisting the bulb to the headlight?

I would assume you are having trouble twisting the bulb to the headlight.. it is tricky..

I have the 130 as well. They are plug and play. You might be trying to unplug the hi beam, The low beam bulb is further to the outside of the truck
