    I just want to confirm; this doesn’t tilt up towards the window like the bakflip mx4, right?

    I love the look of this cover compared to the mx4, but kinda want to be able to fold all the way up.

    The current one does not. They have another coming out that will lift. Not sure when though.

    Just measured and it’s about 1/3 of an inch. It’s very good at keeping water out, though with a Tacoma bed, I wouldn’t call anything on the market fully waterproof.

    I did a pressure wash car wash today and I had just a few drips in the corners and that’s it. It is really quite good.

    Looking at Lomax for my Tacoma. I like the look of the black better than silver diamond plate on the Pro model. However, I am concerned about the temps in bed under the black and the black being too hot to open without gloves in heat of Georgia summers. Anyone who has gone through the heat of summer with the black that could share firsthand experience with their cover would be greatly appreciated. This is my first cover ever purchased, so I am trying to get as much info as possible before pulling the trigger.
