That's a horrible idea. What time?
Now I have to look at Elka's. New name to me. (This whole realm is new to me.) Spending the $$ for a two inch lift when a 3" is out there for not much more doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I do want to go with a heavier set up so I can add additional toys, err equipment, down the road. I want to loose the brush guard for a bumper / winch for example.

Is there a trick to getting the patches to stick there? Mine falls off with slightest touch.

Thanks. Not yet but I doubt it will. If you go 33s or larger is then you run into rubbing issues.

Since there seems to have been a 80-90 % turnover in members who are viewing this thread in the last year I decided to share something I posted last Memorial Day. My apologies go to those who already saw it.

    quote:

It is important to understand the true meaning of Memorial Day. After flying in the Navy for 20 years and having 15 mayday emergencies, engine fires, cabin fires, etc, etc I still came back alive. It is not about those of us who made it back alive. It is about those who made the ultimate sacrifice who did not return alive. It is about those who will never again be able to experience their dreams and aspirations. It is about those who will never again be able to laugh and cry in life. It is about those who will never again be able to hold their loved ones. They are the true heroes. Greater love has no one than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
