    You are correct,Mike. Those people did not deserve their injuries and it sounds as if the quad rider is at fault here. It is a godsend that the Tacoma was parked where it was, it seems that it prevented a much worse situation from happening.

    I do still think that their is a bit of justice for a kid that bragged about defrauding the insurance company to replace a truck that he destroyed via stupidity losing another in a freak accident.

    There is no doubt that this has gotten out of hand and James did nothing wrong here.

    My thoughts and prayers go out to the injured. I hope that they heal quickly and completely.
