    No, we do lock out/tag out. the panel was locked. they have on /off lever for the balerroom operator. the lever had broke inside the panel so instead on hitting its contact to turn on the inner lever went went sideways in the panel and hit something hot. plant manager,bindery man. lead electrical engineer all came in to investigste. no human error.

    We used to fly the American flag all the time in front of the house. The flag would wear out quickly. Now we put it out for special occasions like Memorial Day weekend, it feels more special.

    Good Morning :hattip:been busting it at work and home. busy time of year and weather jammin up my home to do list. my short week this week so took Wed n Thurs vacation. off till Mon nite June 1st.one day will be one of my hikes to Hickory Loop to what we call the lookout on our hunt land. you can see the mtns and valleys for miles.good place to unwind for a while.
