Thanks guys, I'm happy so far, I'll have it loaded for DD and will be monitoring and updating feedback (considering making a build thread to centralize that type feedback) on the leaf pack. Figure I'm going Aussie and Canuck brand suspension minus UCAs:crapstorm:, but bought suspension upgrades through forum vendors.
Now to get on some trails!:mudding:

Mounting fridge in the bed or inside the cab? I ask because I bought the big ass Dometic because I wanted two compartments and now everything I am seeing says it will not fit sliding out of the back door. Unless I can figure out a way to get the door to open farther.

In the bed. My cab is full up. But this presents a new set of challenges. I have a Softopper which I adore but racks to fit over are stupid expensive. I typically run an old aluminum tracrack but that means fabricating some kind of cover in lieu of the topper. Not terribly difficult in theory but I'm practice.... Ha ha

Business opportunity: designing and fabricating new door brackets that open wider.

Yeah man this thing has been great after i got It wired up and no issues. Sorry to hear about your new one maybe sell that and downsize again? So far this seems to be a good size for me and my trips/useage.
No salmon yet they just reopened fishing and i am Getting my gear and poles ready. Had to go through all my dads crap and my old poles and re line them and fix and clean all the rods and reels. We are tearing apart the 18 ft alumaweld tracker boat to refurbish it and clean up some structural welds and gonna brace and add a new motor. Had to get a new gas tank and hoses as well. Fun project for my dad and I bit can’t wait to get back on the water.

I had an idea for economical slide for a bed. C channel steel stock with the 1” ball bearing rollers mounted to them bolted to the existing bed mount locations. Then, get angle iron and weld it back to back the horizontal part of one on top and the other on bottom to make a Z sort of. Top would ride on the rollers and bottom would hold the plywood to form the shelf. The underside of the top part f the C channel would act as a catch to keep the whole thing from tipping over and out when extended. Maybe another roller on the shelf part to keep it from dragging. Then you just need a stop catch to keep it all from sliding all the way out.
