My truck was vandalized while parked at my Cabin in Idyllwild CA
    They broke the drivers window.
So it’s time to put in a Alarm.
I would like the tailgate included.
Can the alarm be included in the key Fob remote?
Or do I have to carry a second remote for the Alarm?

Is an alarm going to prevent a window smash and grab in a rural area? Probably not. We’re

But I’d recommend Clifford/Viper. Also not leaving stuff in the cab.

You guys in California even get your vehicles smashed and broken into out in the wilderness? I don't mind visiting California for a few days, but damn, I could never live there.

Add the OEM glass break sensor? Roughly $160 with the sales this weekend.

That's a rough KOA, only in cali

To answer the question; I'd be more concerned with finding an excellent installer, locally recommended, they'll have good brands.

Got my taco installed with a viper alarm. It makes noise if you move the mirror or pull the door handle if it’s locked and alarm goes off every time a loud muffler drives by.
