    That's what I am going to try the next time. Back to higher temps in the smoker and lower internal temps

    Did 3 racks of ribs this weekend, 1 oven, 2 slow at different temps, lengths and basting.

    All turned out great! We’re definitely getting more into it now! Might be making some bison burgers this evening to put an awesome weekend to bed!
