I have a set of Staun air down bleeders for off roading. They work awesome. I went out this weekend and when I was done, I used my ARB to air back up. I am wondering if anyone has seen a similar device to air up as the Staun deflators. Would be nice to just hook the air up and walk away. I did an internet search and found a few options but not anything similar to the Stauns. Thanks in advance.

What exactly do you mean by just hook up and walk away?

I've heard of people plumping the truck with ports in each wheel well supplied by a common preset regulator. Install the jumpers from tires to port then have a snack in the truck watching progress on the TPMS.

I built my first one in 1982. And I assure you I was not the first.

A regulator would work to a degree, but most reasonably priced regulators and a pretty good +- on their control.

The Stauns work with springs. When the pressure hits the set tension it closes the release. I am looking for something similar but opposite for the air up. Set to say 35 psi and when it reaches set psi it closes the valve, compressor turns off and you move to next tire. I am thinking it might speed up the process a bit.

Not sure how it would speed up the process. If anything slow it down since you’ll be having to go back to that tire disconnect, move to the next rinse and repeat 4 times.

If you want fast grab a co2 tank and in about 45 seconds your back up to pressure.

The four tire set up looks as though it would be faster for sure, but that's a lot of extra hose to have to store and worry about when you are out wheeling. Speeding up the process for me would be not guessing when the tire is at pressure, check only at 30 psi check at 34 psi check at 40 psi let air out perfect at 38 psi. Move to tire 2 and repeat process.

I have the Stauns too, they’re great.

Maybe a 2nd set of Stauns set at the higher ~35psi.....you over inflate a bit then air down to 35? Just time it with a stopwatch the first time to make it easy. Then you’ll have a little process like 4min of air into the tire, move air line to next tire, go back to previous tire and air down with high-set Staun to 35psi and make your way around the truck.

Literally just add a regulator to your compressor or anywhere in line with it. Set the regulator to what ever pressure you want and that's the max it will go up to. Alternatively get a pressure switch and wire it in with the compressor and then your compressor will actually turn off once the desired pressure is reached.

Same. My air checks about every other weekend and out on the trail. I've amazed my friends.

I have the low end one (top pic). It does the job, but takes about 3 min. to inflate from 18 to 32 psi. I'm thinking about upgrading to the 1 gallon (bottom pic, also 18v) so I can use basic tools with it too.
