Looks like it could be a VERY green day...futures are insane right now...Bull leveraged ETF's are popping pre-market...I'll bet NAIL hits $27 today...Unless someone is setting up to pull the rug out...Glad is sold my SPXS on friday at $9.60

 

All you gotta do these day’s to get a little stock bump is say you are planning to start work on a vaccine. There will be 15 companies with vaccines and they will all be giving them away for nothing, that’s assuming they actually succeed or that anyone wants the vaccine when it’s ready. But sure seems to drive confidence. Maybe next time the fed should save the money and just say a vaccine is close to being ready. Keep the markets stable, and we are already accustomed to being lied to.

 

Confused as to Betterment's reporting. So far it says market changes I am up this year, but then the time weighted graph shows me down like 14%?? That makes no sense -- If I am earning on the year YTD, then why I am -14%?? I think Betterment is broken . So, I guess according to them my Roth is jacked up for the year.

Boring account is up on the year.
Monopoly money is up on the year (fortunately....Only like 3 dollars plus whatever NRGU does though )
401k is also showing about -13% YTD though.

Yeah I'll probably wait until the price settles a bit on NRGU today and decide what I want to go in at.

@Iwilltaco All you need to do is go on CNBC for 5 minutes and say "Stuff is overvalued" for the market to absolutely TANK and then you buy all the goodies for the inevitable recovery the next day, thus adding to your billions. I'm still sour about that, by the way

 

Bear trap?

 

I'm betting it continues up and volume is heavy. There is going to a lot of bears trying to cover shorts this morning.

 

Could be - but the way I see it long-term hold 6-12 months +, still stocks on sale I'll add NRGU today because whether I get in at 4.54 or 5.xx, I'm still holding to 40.xx if not higher.

Stop order triggered at 4.80 for NRGU probably at like 9:31 this morning.

And then immediately it went back to 4.70.

Whatever like I said I'm holding to 40.xx or so probably. That's just annoying though.

 

Sold CCl at 16.36 this morning. I have held it at its peak recently only for it to crash back down. I am sure now that I sold it, it will skyrocket.

 

Mine just hit at 4.72. Lets watch it plummet!

 

I have personally caused at minimum 6 stocks to take off because I took profits. I called myself many names this morning already. And it seems I’ll spend the day drinking now.

 

Thank you to whoever sold NAIL and NCLH and caused them to spike

You're welcome on NAIL. Held NCLH and riding it up. Bought back into NRGU at open. Also up nicely on DKNG & MGM at this point.

 

Sell dkng, do it for me. It’s the only one of those I’m still holding and it’s stuck at 30 for a week when I said I was thinking about selling.

 

Well i still cant buy anything under $5 with TDAmeritrade was trying to get NRGU since last Friday when i could of gotten it for 4.20

 

Anyone have a $5-$10 trade to look at for 2nd option?

 

Give them a call and I bet they can help you out, or at least tell you whats going on. Their customer support is pretty good in my experience

 

does it work to set your buy limit at $5? Then maybe it will fill at 4.7x or whatever it’s at

 

I just got off the phone with automated help it said i have to wait 5 business days , i opened on the 21st.
