Some Bilstein 5100s and a Dakar leaf pack should get delivered tomorrow, how many hours would you expect a shop to take on the install?

The keep the **cking mice away mod..................... we live on 28 acres in the woods, so pretty much the way it is. However I do not want the little bastards playing house in any of our vehicles or the shop. I hate Mice!!

By the way this is peppermint oil (real stuff) not some Amazon BS. It has worked so far, Others may have different results...............They were not doing damage, however hanging out in the truck and jeep engine compartment, eating acorns whatever. After putting the peppermint oil, no other signs, it has worked. I check all the vehicles daily. Especially since 2 of the 3 do not get driven very much. They seem to like the jeep the best............

DIY and save some money. The front is extraordinarily quick to do. The rear isn't bad.

Damn! Very nice . Looking at doing this same setup. Marlin Crawler HD kit is on its way. Been going back n forth on the LCA purchase. Just purchased gears and a front locker so we shall see. Any difference in normal driving felt?

Thanks. Maybe i will get the unicorn that doesn't have poor throttle response, crazy shift points, failure to maintain gear at highway speeds, and won't slam on the brakes when a big bug hits the grill. Oh wait....

All joking aside. The toyota was a good truck. Not like i choose to sell it. But hitting bambi totaled it. So on to the next one. All makes have issues. Sure the Colorado will to.

Most of you guys have been great. Awesome trucks in here. Still going to poke my head in to see what great ideas you guys come up with.

I'd give it a go if I had all the tools and a good workspace, but I don't have either. Maybe I could round up some jacks and convince my brother in law to let me use their driveway but I might as well get a few quotes from shops too.

I had never done it. My springs were not assembled. It took me about 3 hours to do all four and I had left/right on wrong sides so had to reinstall. Just to give you a rough idea.
It was pretty simple and safe but I have the tools and a level garage space to work in.
(I just used my floor jack to compress the springs for front install).

Seems similar to the Harbor Freight light, but is only 180 lumens, discrete LEDs (not a COB), and $6. [IMG].

Just order this Body Armor hiline bumper. Will send pics once it arrives and is installed. Wanted the look of a bull bar but the functionality of a real bumper without a ton of weight way out front.

Hmm, if it helps....I didn't use the camera that was included in the kit. I picked up a Nitika Backup camera from Amazon. It seemed to be the popular option from others that had done this install. I'm pretty happy with it.

Yes. Big difference. You can actually feel how freely the arms articulate. These arms let the shocks do there job instead of impeding movement

You have a link to which one you got? I see a lot on Ebay. I am assuming you didn't get the factory one.

I actually looked at one before I bought my Tacoma. It's a nice truck, but they wanted $9k more for the ZR2 Colorado than the Tacoma. It just didn't do it for me at the time. I liked the Chevy but not $9K more. In February 2019 I could have got a 2018 Silverado for less than the 2019 Colorado.

Did they have a good interest rate for the new truck?
