Yes. But I’ve never had them in my hands so as soon as they come in I will verify that. THEN I’ll start shipping them

I got my new camera from Natika yesterday, swapped it out and it worked great! The clear image is back and working properly. After driving through rain last night I have no signal on the front camera now, it switches to it like it should but just a straight black screen? I swapped back to the old camera, the same thing... black screen. I pulled out the head unit and checked all my connections and everything is just as it was before. Everything checks out but black screen for the front camera? Any suggestions or anyone else with this?

Can you provide a picture of where you mounted your camera?

EDIT: And a picture of the camera connector under your hood.

Sure thing here are the pics, I don't think the issue lies in the camera since I swapped it out to the old one just a few minutes ago and having the same issue. Nothing changed with the new camera replacement going in, just popped out and unplugged then popped in new and plugged in, worked fine until this morning.IMG_6467.jpg IMG_6468.jpg

    What's taped up in this?
    upload_2020-5-26_15-48-12.jpg

And is this part mounted where water cannot get in?
    upload_2020-5-26_15-48-42.jpg

If it was working before the rain... then it rained and stopped working... likely suspect is the rain, right?

The taped up part is the purple, green and white wires for the camera (reverse, parking lines) I cut the flip image and parking lines so they're shrink-wrapped and taped in electrical to protect from water. The main connection is where it always sat and never had any issues at all with water and I live in FL it rains like half the week. I'm guessing it could have been water too but I don't see a fuse to replace if it shorted, unless the whole wiring kit is garbage now. Odd timing right when I get a new camera though.

I have the same thoughts as @DSRamsey13

That taped-up whatever-it-is is on the camera side of the connections. Is that a picture of the new camera or the first camera?

I mentioned what the taped up part is & the camera in the picture is the new one but is the literal exact same as the old one.

I'd disconnect the connector and see if you see any signs of water intrusion... and do the same for the taped up part. That's where I'd lean to... there are some "hot" lines in there... if they shorted to each other, it may "break" the camera feed.

Yes sir you did, thank you. But I was posting when you replied, so I didn't see it until afterward. My guess is that something has killed power to the camera, but I don't know of an easy way to confirm that.

I checked the main connection and blew an air compressor in to check/clean for water and it seemed dry. The taped up part i will check but i did the same thing on the old camera and had no issues & swapped the old camera in with the same results

No problem that's what I figured. Yeah, I think so too but unsure how to check without buying a new wiring kit and then going through all that again.

@Jukehz ... another thing I'd try is try hooking up the "fogged up" camera and see if you get a picture (albeit foggy) on your head unit.

Yup... wrote that as you posted. Was in the same loop as @DES2009

I assume your backup camera works with no issue?

Getting no front camera picture sounds like you're not getting the "turn on" voltage to tell the camera to turn on. Not sure, exactly, how to check for that... but it's worth looking into.

It was mentioned in almost every one of my replies since the start but I gotcha. Backup camera working perfectly. I'll give the company who makes the box an email (cant remember offhand the name) Thanks for both of your suggestions!

I did not get upset? I was serious about the suggestions for the camera, it always helps to have other perspectives! It was not a sarcastic comment.
